My approach
Focused on additional hotel revenue through guest upsells. Built WhatsApp agents to upsell parking, spa, transfers and dining, with two delivery squads working directly with clients.
Context
Each new enterprise client required engineers working exclusively for them. The delivery model did not scale; we wound down in 2025.
